BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY

Dr Mary Lynch Al Tarief MBBch BAO FRCP (Ire)is a board-certified consultant interventional cardiologist with expertise in invasive cardiology. She is the director of the American Heart Assosiations’ ACLS/BLS program at MKCC, Bahrain. She is also an adjunct professor in medicine at the Royal College of Surgeons- Medical University Bahrain.

Dr. Mary attended medical school at the University College of Dublin- School of Medicine in Ireland. She obtained training in internal medicine and cardiology from the federated Dublin voluntary hospitals, Salmaniya Medical centre, Bahrain and the Matermisericordiae hospital, Ireland. She holds a fellowship from the Royal College of physicians in Ireland (FRCP).

Dr. Mary’s clinical practice focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of patients with coronary artery diseases, structural heart diseases, vascular disease and congenital heart disease. She is active in clinical education and has been involved in medical education for several years.
